Director, Information Security, AMC Theatres

Britney began the first decade of her security career in the US Army where she managed over 90 teams and traveled internationally to assess the security of international government partners. She now oversees the Information Security Department for AMC Theatres. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the global strategy, oversees all security personnel, and ensures executive-level concerns are addressed. Britney is a certified CISSP, CISM, PMP, and holds certifications for CompTIA S+, CCSK, and IT Business Management. She holds a BS in Applied & Discrete Mathematics, and an MS in Cybersecurity.  Britney was also named an IT Security Power Player by SC Magazine.

As Chief Information Security Officer of DataBank, Mark brings over 25 years of extensive information security and information technology experience in a wide range of industries and institutions. Mark joined DataBank in September of 2017 with the acquisition of Edge Hosting (CISO since 2015). In his leadership position, Mark’s responsibilities include strategic planning, oversight of security and compliance, as well as providing subject matter expertise for developing and maintaining a comprehensive, integrated information security and compliance program.

Mark is a successful security entrepreneur, previously owning and operating a security consulting firm and hosting a security blog. Also, he has been responsible for security and compliance solutions at Fortune 50 financial and banking institutions, health care entities, the CTO in a higher education institution, a technical operations manager in a startup as well as the role he credits for starting it all, a Cryptologist with the U.S. Navy.

Mark has the distinct pleasure of leading a talented and professional team of Security and Compliance Engineers at DataBank.

 

Steve Cosentino

Steve Cosentino

Steve Cosentino is a partner at the law firm of Stinson LLC where he chairs the Intellectual Property and Technology division. Steve negotiates technology transactions in the software, mobile, health care and FinTech industries. His primary focus is on technology related transactions and compliance, with an emphasis on software licensing and services, banking technology, data center services, outsourcing, data privacy, e-commerce, advertising, cloud computing and cybersecurity.

He navigates complex mergers and acquisitions, guides corporate transactions, and facilitates complex technology and intellectual property collaborations. Steve counsels clients on crisis management, data breach response and compliance with U.S. and international privacy and data security laws. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Brian and his team work very closely with Sales to help clients achieve their company’s short-term and  long-term strategic goals by focusing on time to value, market and business initiatives. He is currently responsible for every facet of Pre-Sales Technical and Hardware Services.

With more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, from Fortune 10 accounts to local businesses, Brian has a proven track record of success in Enterprise and SMB environments. Prior to joining ProActive Solutions, Brian worked for several OEM vendors, including IBM and DELL EMC.  He also spent time in customer environments at both State Street Bank and Sprint where he was tasked with transforming their IT organizations. By launching and executing strategic initiatives, he was able to transform their environment by using modern technology to gain operational performance and business value.

Brian has a AS in Electrical Engineering and BS in Technical Management from DeVry University.  He has also achieved certifications from IBM, Dell EMC, Cisco, VMWare, Nutanix, Pure Storage, Amazon AWS, and so many others.

KC Tech Council, President and CEO

Ryan currently serves as President and CEO of the KC Tech Council, an industry association and regional advocate for Kansas City’s tech industry. He represents KC’s tech industry internationally as a board member and vice-chair of the Technology Councils of North America (TECNA). At a state level, he serves as a co-founder of the Missouri Hyperloop Coalition, and locally as an advisory board member for the Blue Valley Center for Advanced Professional Studies (CAPS).

Ryan is a graduate of the Centurions Leadership Program and was recently listed in the Kansas City Business Journal’s “Power 100,” a list of the most influential business leaders in the KC region.
